State Inspection
To schedule a State Safety Inspection for licensing, complete this State Safety Inspection Request Form. Safety Inspections are required to obtain or renew state licensing. A fee of $120 must be paid prior to scheduling the inspection. Instructions will be sent to the occupant once we’ve processed the application to make payment and inspection scheduling. Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of submittal for processing.
